(Business Studies), has been the Chief Executive Officer at Stora Enso Oyj since August 1, 2014. Mr. Sundström serves as Executive Vice President of Printing & Living at Stora Enso AB. He served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Stora Enso Oyj since July 1, 2013 and also served as its Executive Vice President and Head of Printing & Living Division. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Stora Enso Oyj fromAugust 1, 2012 to July 1, 2013. Mr. Sundström served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of NXP Semiconductors N.V from May 13, 2008 to June 2012 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until June 2012. Mr. Sundström served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at NXP B.V since May 13, 2008 and also served as its Member of the Board of Management since May 13, 2008. He served as a Principal Accounting Officer of NXP B.V. Mr. Sundström served as the Chief Financial Officer at Ericsson AB (Sweden) from 2003 to 2007. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Head of Group Function Finance at Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ), Ericsson SpA and Ericsson Telecomunicacoes SA since April 2003. Mr. Sundström served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Ericsson Inc. and Ericsson NV/SA until 2007. FromMay 2002 to April 2003, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Business Unit Global Services. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Head of Global Services and Head of Australia and New Zeeland at Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson. Mr. Sundström served as Managing Director of Ericsson Australia Pty. Ltd. from 1999 to 2002. He served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer since 1998. From 1988 to 1998, he served various positions as Controller within Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson, including more than three years in Argentina. Mr. Sundström joined Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson in 1985 as a Trainee in Financial Management. He has general management experience. Mr. Sundström served as the Chairman of Sicon Semiconductor AB. Mr. Sundström has been a Director of Finland Branch. He served as a Director at Swedbank, AB since 2009. Mr. Sundström served as a Director of Swedbank AB (publ) since 2009 until March 30, 2017. He served as a Director of NXP B.V. He served as a Director of KASLION Acquisition B.V. He was named the best Chief Financial Officer in Europe for 2004, 2005 and 2006 by Institutional Investor magazine. Mr. Sundström graduated with a Bachelors degree in Finance from Uppsala University in 1985. He completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 1998.
