Xavier Isaac is a founder and CEO of Accuro, the award winning multi-jurisdictional trustee and private office services business. Xavier is the Group leader who develops and drives the Group’s international strategy, mission and vision. Xavier also chairs the Group’s governing board.
Xavier gained over 20 years of experience in various senior management positions at ABN AMRO Bank and ABN Amro Trust in Luxembourg, Geneva and Jersey prior to joining Investec in 2005. He and his partners founded the Accuro concept and lead the management buyout that launched Accuro in May 2017.
Originally from Belgium, Xavier graduated magna cum laude in law from the Catholic University of Louvain. He served as the inaugural Vice-President of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies (SATC). He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and was a Presiding Judge for the STEP Private Client Awards in 2018 and 2019. Xavier is a regular speaker at conferences organized by STEP, SATC, Academy & Finance and Transcontinental Trust.
Since February 2016, Xavier has been the treasurer and President of the Financial Committee of the Swiss Philanthropy Foundation. In the 2019 and 2020 edition of “Who’s Who Legal Switzerland”, Xavier is listed in top 3 most highly regarded trust and advisory practitioners and is noted by peers and client alike as: “a distinguished expert in the field who demonstrates deep and varied knowledge of the market. He is recognised for the expert advice he delivers to clients on high-stakes and high-value trust and wealth management”.
