Looking back on my career, I feel a sense of joy and accomplishment as I recall founding xpose360 in 2009, filled with enthusiasm and ideas. It was a company that, in the following years, fueled by the digital revolution, underwent an astonishing evolution. This journey was marked by passion, innovation, and hard work. From the very beginning, my focus was on digital marketing, an area that was still uncharted territory for many at the time. I had a vision to give structure and strategy to the potential offered by the internet and technology. With xpose360, we specialized in SEO, Paid Media, Media, Web Analytics, Content Creation, Affiliate Marketing and Web Tracking, and we are proud to have worked for globally active companies such as MediaMarkt, Saturn, Haribo, Gardena, and Webasto. Our success is based on two main pillars: customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. With an incredibly low customer churn rate of just 1% and an employee churn rate of just 3%, we stand out in the industry. Our philosophy and success are based on building and nurturing strong relationships, both with our clients and within our team. Our values orientation is the compass that guides us in our daily work and points us in the right direction even in difficult decision-making processes. Part of my shares was sold in this process, a decision I see as a necessary and justified step in my entrepreneurial career. In addition to xpose360, I have founded various other companies, some of which I have also sold. It has always been my ambition to create, innovate, and make a positive impact with each new venture. Now, at the age of 36, I am honored to receive the CEO Award for my achievements. It is recognition that I accept with great humility and which strengthens me to continue on my path. I am proud of what I have achieved, and yet I know this is just the beginning. In the future, I aim to use my experiences and knowledge to continue building value-oriented, innovative, and successful companies. I will continue to strive to cultivate and strengthen relationships, while also maintaining the balance between customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
